1Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. dhk88 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will take action including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds where duplicates are identified.
